At Ma-Hé, our chefs are specialised in creating dishes from Coastal and Peninsular India. Our curries are made with fresh, natural ingredients and spices sourced from India’s coastal region. They are generally paired with traditional staples such as rice, appams and dosas. This means our currys are generally thinner and lighter than a conventional North Indian curry.
