At Ma-Hé, our chefs are specialised in creating dishes from Coastal and Peninsular India. Our curries are made with fresh, natural ingredients sourced from India’s coastal region and generally paired with staples such as rice, appams and dosas. This means our currys are generally thinner and lighter than a conventional North Indian curry.
It is our endeavour to create an enjoyable culinary experience and to take your palate on an unforgettable adventure through India’s unexplored territories.
